Conditions

Information about the children  prices (younger than 10 years of age) were sent after a request.
In the price are include:
tourism tax, heat, water, electric power and final cleaning

• bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen with weekly change
• IMPORTANT: for non standard visits, we reserve the right to change the prices shown
• The apartments are available from 2 PM of the arrival day to 9 AM of the departure day
• Late arrival and early departure will be charged.
• Confirmation of the booking sent by email, fax or mail will be given after receipt of the deposit.
• We don't accept Bancomat or credit cards.
• Extra bed € 15,00 - € 30,00 per day.
• Camp bed € 10,00 - € 15,00 per day.
• No smoking in the apartments.
• We don't accept dogs - sorry.
