Conditions

The prices are  per apartment and day, for the minimum occupancy of persons as listed below and for a minimum stay of 7 days (from saturday to saturday).
The local tax of Euro 2,30 per day and Person from 14 years of age, is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
Children up to 12 years of age will get a discount in the period "Offer -Dolomites for Kids" and "Offer Summer  for Kids".
In case of short stays up to 6 days there will be a supplement per day.
For baby cot or additional bed we charge from 15 € to 50 €, except the week of Christmas-New Year and Carnival.
For later arrivals and early departures or unused beds, we reserve us the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
The apartments are available from 15.00 on arrival day until  9.00  on departure day. Check-in on Sunday is possible from 17.00 on. 
Check-in has to be within 18.00; in case of later arrival please advice us in advance via phone. Check-in and check-out outside of these hours will be charged.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony .
Pets are not allowed, sorry.

When the reservation has been confirmed we ask you to pay a deposit of  1/3 of the full amount by bank transfer to the following account Mr. Crazzolara Albert

Reservations are considered definitive after the  receipt of the deposit.
In case of cancellation the deposit will not given back.
Late arrivals and early departures will be fully charged.
To avoid being charged cancellation fees if you cancel for justifiable reasons, we recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
In case of cancellation at any time after sending the deposit, the deposit will be kept and the full stay will be charged.
We kindly ask you to pay the residual amount the day before your departure.
